On Tuesday the 14th of May, Umicore Hoboken is organizing a company visit for interested students.
Practical information:
- Departure place: Technologiepark-Zwijnaarde 46, 9052 Gent
- Departure time: 8h15 – be on time!
- Leaving time: 15h30
Program Schedule:
- 10h-11h : general introduction Umicore + changing with personal protective equipment
- 11h-12h : visit installation 1
- 12h-13h30 : network lunch with technical young graduates and metal experts
- 13h30-15h : visit installation 2
Be sure to carry your ID and wear wear practical attire: flat shoes and long trousers. If possible, bring your safety shoes. Please make sure if you register, you also participate! First master students who follow the course ‘Metal Extraction and Recycling’ don’t have to register this way. Be quick if you are interested as places are limited. Important to know: for students who want to join the company visit and follow the course next year, be aware this gives no permission to skip the visit next year because then it is still mandatory!
